Edit II - On Windows 7 Ultimate the Nvidia Drivers gave me a BSOD if the PowerMizer is on. The good thing is that it can be turned off at the cost of battery.

Just a heads up: a lot of people able to answer your question may not bother since you haven't listed the laptop's specifications. Not only are the full specs for that laptop harder than usual to find, there are also different possible hardware configurations; for example, the Celsius H270 may ship with either an Atheros WiFi card (which usually work) or an Intel (which usually don't since AFAIK no Macs are shipped with them). Without knowing your exact hardware configuration, people can't answer your question properly. Other than that and going by datasheet, chances OS X does work on that laptop.

The only way of knowing for sure is either searching online if someone has done it or (better yet), try it yourself. Even same model laptops can have different hardware and BIOS versions so there's always some uncertainty.
